¯Hapa, Saturday Nights in February
Looking for live Hawaiian music? See Hapa in an intimate setting at the Kahili Restaurant. Featuring Barry Flanagan and Ron Kuala’au, and special guests Tarvin Makia & Miss Hawaii USA 2006, the lovely Hula dancer Radasha Ho`ohuli.
On the slopes of Mauna Kahalawai, fondly known as the W. Maui Mountains, lies the Kahili Golf Course and Restaurant. Aiming at perpetuating Hawaiian Music and Culture, Kahili is presenting a new Hawaiian Concert series.
Every Saturday night during the week of February, you can have the chance to get up close and personal to Hapa! One of Hawaii’s most prestigious and famous Hawaiian Music duos.
The winner of several prestigious Hawaiian Music Awards, Hapa is a household name here in Hawaii. Enjoy dinner and drinks while listening to some of Hawaii’s best Hawaiian music, live!
I went to the show Saturday Feb. 4th, and I have to say Aaron Rego and his team at Kahili Restaurant have put together a tasty menu, from Salads and Appetizers to Entree’ & Desserts. All the food coming out of the Kitchen looked fabulous! I ordered the Steak Sirloin Poke Bowl and was surprised at not only how tasty it was, but how big the portion was ($14.). The Crab Cakes were shaped into balls about the size of a lime and looked great, as did most of the fancy desserts coming out of the Kitchen. Admission Prices are $35.00 in advance/$40 at the door. (food and drink are extra).
